Prompted @ PAD challenge[Day 12] to write a form poetry . I discovered Lune on the same site, and the same I tried here.
Kelly lune [5-3-5 syllable count]:
words alone never
make a poem;
make a discovery
Let ideas be seated
in your head-
now watch them unfold.
This was written for We Write Poem [ About writing a poem]
Collum lune [3-5-3 word count]:
A tragic magician
creates illusion out of evident;
Is God amused ?
God make evident
of all illusion we create;
a tragic logic !

Such deep challenge in few words, I am still left
wondering,but so true
Stating the truth , some times my words leave me wondering too.. This one sure did !
very true. without depth poems are just lame words.
and the depth[or understanding of the words] is called from the writer’s end at least 🙂
What great Lunes you have created. We can read words all we want but they have to take hold in our minds to blossom. Beautiful!
exactly ! thanks for the kind words 🙂
I like your Kelly lune, especially the idea of “discovery”.
Your poetry is a beautiful illusion Lady Nimue!
This is very deep. nice one.
I like the way you wove God and human effort so tightly in those last two stanzas. Well done. Here is my 3WW effort;

The Lune – a tough challenge that you rose up to marvelously.
“words alone never
make a poem;”
is so potent and marvelous.
Lovely and interesting and you handled the challenge well. Nicely done, Lady Nimue. Thank you!
Both are exquisite!
wow …. you are just amazing ..
Yes, very wise..words alone are not enough to tell a story..Jae 🙂
